The event of the Ministries in region 23. All classes of cadres in the Ministry of Economy mostly carried out dictatorship in order to threaten people and male and female combatants; moreover, they constantly provoked male and female combatants into having conflict.
អំពីបាតុភាពតាមក្រសួងនីមួយៗ កុ្នងតំបន់ ២៣។ កម្មាភិបាល គ្រប់ជាន់ថ្នាក់នៅកុ្នងក្រសួងសេដ្ឋកិច្ច ច្រើនប្រើអំណាចអាជា្ញគំរាម កំហែងដល់ប្រជាជន យុទ្ធជន យុទ្ធនារី។ ធ្វើឱ្យយុទ្ធជន-យុទ្ធនារី មានទំនាស់ជាបន្ដបន្ទាប់។
