Prince Sihanouk sent message to Mr.Cyrus Eaton from beijing. There are two points:
1- The U.S. must immediately close its Embassy in Phnom Penh, and to permit the departure of Americans. 2- The U.S. speakes about a "bloodbath" but, if there is a bloodbath in the future, it will be because of U.S weapons shipment since those weapons fall into Liberation Army hands. សមេ្ដចសីហនុ បានជូនសារទៅលោក ស៊ីរុស អ៊ីតុន ពីប៉េកាំង មាន២ ចំណុច ៈ ១. សហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក ត្រូវបិទស្ថានទូតរបស់ខ្លួននៅភ្នំពេញជាបន្ទាន់ និង អនុញ្ញាតនៅប្រជាជាតិអាមេរិកចាកចេញពីភ្នំពេញ។ ២. សហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក និយាយថា ៉ការសម្លាប់រង្គាល ៉ ប៉ុន្ដែបើសិនជា មានការសម្លាប់រង្គាលនៅពេលអនាគតនោះ វាដោយសារតែការបញ្ជូន សញ្វវុធទាំងនោះធ្លាក់ក្នុងដៃទាហានរំដោះបដិវត្ដន៍។
