Tom Force, records officer, sent his information to the Record on May 16, 1974. The main point of this memorandum was Presidental Determination 74-19, ordering of Defense articles from DOD (Department of Defense) stock, and defense services for Military Assistance to Cambodia.
ថម ហ្វស ដែលជាមន្ដ្រីកត់ត្រាបានផ្ញើព័ត៌មាន ទៅផ្នែកកត់ត្រា កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៦ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤។ ចំណុចសំខាន់នៃ អនុស្សរណៈនេះ និយាយពីការតាំងចិត្ដរបស់ប្រធានាធិបតី ការបញ្ជាតាមមាត្រាក្រសួងការពារពីក្រសួងការពារជាតិ និងការផ្ដល់ជំនួយយោធាដល់កម្ពុជា។
