At confessed that he and his networks managed plan to destroy warehouse and fight Phnom Penh in August 1976. The plan was divided into two targets. First, fighting at Kilometer 6 warehouse. This target led by Proeung, Van, Thlai and Rang. Second, fighting at warehouse along the river. This target led by Khiev, Chheang aka At, Ham, Bun and Sam. In At's confession, he clarified the other 21 traitors.
អាត ឆ្លើយសារភាពថា ខ្លួន និបក្សពួកមានផែនការវាយឃ្លាំងទន្ទឹម គ្នា និងវាយក្រុងភ្នំពេញនៅខែ៨-១៩៧៦ ហើយចែកចេញជាពីរ មុខសញ្ញាគឺ ឃ្លាំងគីឡូម៉ែត្រលេខ ៦ មានមេដឹកនាំ ៤ នាក់ ឈ្មោះ ព្រឿង, វ៉ាន, ថ្លៃ និង រ៉ង និងមុខសញ្ញាទី ២ ឃ្លាំងជួរមាត់ទនេ្ល ភ្នំពេញ មានមេដឹកនាំ ៤នាក់ គឺ ខឿវ, ឈាង ហៅ អាត«អ្នកសារភាព»ហំ, ប៊ុន និង សំ។ នៅក្នុងចម្លើយសារភាពនេះមាន ឈ្មោះបក្សពួកអាតចំនួន ២១នាក់។
