On May 20, 1974, Vong Muon Takk, an economic chief of Khmer Viet Cong at Domdek was in an emergency save. He was chopped mary times with axe by Sin Soeurm and thrown into water Soeun then escaped and was arrested at Chong Kneas village. They both were sent to compentenay ministry to make Judgement.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២០ ឧសភា ១៩៧៤ ឈ្មោះ វ៉ង មួនតាក់ ជាប្រធាន សេដ្ឋកិច្ចខ្មែរយៀកកុងនៅដំដែក ត្រូវបានជួយសង្គ្រោះជាបន្ទាន់ នៅភ្នំក្រោម។ តាក់ ត្រូវបានឈ្មោះ ស៊ិន សឿម នៅតំបន់ខ្មាំង ជាមួយគ្នាកាប់ជាច្រើនពូថៅក្នុងគោលបំណងប្លន់យកប្រាក់ ហើយរុញ គាត់ទម្លាក់ក្នុងទឹក ហើយរត់គេចខ្លួនត្រូវបានចាប់ខ្លួនបាននៅភូមិ ចុងឃ្នាស។ អ្នកទាំង២ ត្រូវបានបញ្ជូនខ្លួនមកក្រសួងមានសមត្ថកិច្ច ដើម្បីសមេ្រចតាមផ្លូវច្បាប់។
