Sihanouk' s statement of January 31, in Hanoi followed a statement in Beijing on January 27, that " the war will continue on Cambodia with the coming into force of the cease fire on Vietnam.
សេចក្ដីថ្លែងការណ៍របស់សីហនុ កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១១ ខែមករា នៅក្នុងក្រុងហាណូយ និងសេចក្ដីថ្លែងការណ៍កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៧ ខែមករា នៅប៉េកាំងស្ដីពី «សង្គ្រាមនឹងនៅតែបន្ដនៅពេលបទឈប់បាញ់ ជាមួយប្រទេសវៀតណាមបានកើតឡើង»។
