Summary / Abstract :
កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
On August 15, 1971, around 300 North Yuon Viet congs and Khmer Viet Cong soldiers established shelters at VT 540-520 which located about 300 metres in the south of Svay Chrum village, Srang sub-district, Kong Pisey district, Kampong Speu province. 50 others under the command of Menh, Suon, Nao and Ta Sou a Kampong Thom governer, set up shelters at VT 492-560 in Krang Ampil sub-district, Samrong Tong district, Kampong Thom province.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៥ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧១ ខ្មែរយៀកកុងចម្រុះយួនប្រហែល ៣០០នាក់ បានធើ្វចូលមកតាំងជម្រកចម្ងាយប្រហែល៣០០ម ខាងត្បូង ភូមិស្វាយជ្រំ សង្កាត់ស្រង់ ស្រុកគងពិសី ត្រង់ចំណុចវ៉េតេៈ៥៤០-៥២០។ ខ្មែរយៀកកុងប្រហែល៥០នាក់ផេ្សងទៀត ក្រោមបញ្ជាឈ្មោះ មិញ សួន និងនៅ តាស៊ូ ជាអភិបាលខេត្ដកំពង់សឺ្ព ចូលមកតាំងជំរក សិ្ថតក្នុងឃុំអំពិល ស្រុកសំរោងទង ត្រង់ចំណុចវ៉េតេៈ៤៩២-៥៦០។
