A Khmer Communist Mey Vichet, born in 1955 at Treal sub-district, Kandal Stung district, Kandal province, escaped from enemy region to defect to sub-military at Phnom Penh on July 03, 1974, because he could not bea the hardship. He brought along an AK-47 and 30 bullets. He requested to join sub-military operation in Phnom Penh for the rest of his life.
ខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដឈ្មោះ ម៉ី វិចិត្រ កើតនៅឆ្នាំ១៩៥៥ នៅឃុំទ្រា ស្រុកកណ្ដាលស្ទឹង ខេត្ដកណ្ដាល បានរត់ចេញមកពីតំបន់ខ្មាំងដោយ មានការលំបាកមកចុះចូលជាមួយផ្នែកសឹករងភ្នំពេញ កាលពីថ្ងៃទី៣ កក្កដា ១៩៧៤ ដោយនាំយកមកជាមួយនូវអាវុធអាកា៤៧ ១ដើម និងគ្រាប់៣០គ្រាប់ ហើយបានសំណូមពរសុំចូលបម្រើកងទ័ពក្នុងផ្នែក សឹករងភ្នំពេញ លុះត្រាអវសាន្ដជីវិត។
