A source reported that about 100 Khmer Viet Cong soldiersunder the command of Oeng, born in Kong Pisey district, Kampong Speu province established shelters at VT 965-465 in Krang Yaov villages, Sa Ang district,
Kandal province. ប្រភពព័ត៌មានផ្ដល់ថា ពួកខ្មែរយៀកកុងចំនួនជាង១០០នាក់ ប្រដាប់ ដោយអាវុធគ្រប់ដៃក្រោមបញ្ជាការឈ្មោះ អឹង ដែលមានដើមកំណើត មកពីស្រុកគងពីសី ខេត្ដកំពង់សឺ្ព។ ដែលកាន់មុខងារជាមេបញ្ជាការ ស្រុកបាទី ពួកវាបានតាំងមូលដ្ឋាននៅតាមគេហដ្ឋានអ្នកនៅភូមិក្រាំងយ៉ូវ ត្រង់ចំណុចវ៉េតេៈ៩៦៥-៤៦៥ ក្នុងស្រុកស្អាង ខេត្ដកណ្ដាល។
