On February 25, 1976, there was a 4-shell bombardment event of American empire on Siem Reap city causing many casualties and damaging many properties and shettlement. They educated the soldier to provoke anger between people and the enemies to establish a cautions stand and to turn all this anger into working force. They armed to achieve their 3 tons per hectre square productivity, so they could improve thier living condition.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៥ កុម្ភះ ១៩៧៦ មានព្រឹត្ដិការណ៍ទម្លាក់គ្រាប់បែកចំនួន ៤គ្រាប់ របស់ចក្រពត្ដិអាមេរិកនៅក្រុងសៀមរាប បណ្ដាលឱ្យខូចខាត អាយុជីវិត ទ្រព្យសម្បត្ដិ និងផ្ទះសំបែងមួយចំនួន។ អប់រំផ្ទៃក្នុង បក្សអង្គការស្នូលកងទ័ព ធ្វើមិទីញដើម្បីបំផុសកំហឹងប្រជាជនជាមួយ ខ្មាំងឱ្យក្ដៅគគុកជាប់ជានិច្ច សំដៅកសាងគោលជំហរប្រុងប្រយ័ត្នជាប់ ជានិច្ច និងប្រែក្លាយកំហឹងមកខិតខំវាយសម្រុកធ្វើប្រព័ន្ធភ្លឺស្រែ ដើម្បីសមេ្រចឱ្យបាន៣តោនក្នុងមួយហិកតា និងកែប្រែជីវភាពប្រជាជនឱ្យបានតាម សំណូមពររបស់បក្ស។
