អាន ផុន លេខាវរសេនាធំលេខ ១១ បានសារភាពថា ឈ្មោះ សឺន ជំនួយការវរសេនាធំ ១២ កងពល ៣១០ បានចូលរួមប្រជុំទទួល ផែនការប្រមូលកម្លាំងក្បត់ សម្ភារៈ និងអាវុធ ត្រៀមវាយរំដោះ ទីក្រុងភំ្នពេញ។
