An Chun, secretary of regiment 11, confessed that Seun, assistant to regiment 12, division 310, received the plot to assemble forces from division 310, 450 and other places in order to get ready forces to liberate Phnom Penh city.
អាន ជុន លេខាវរសេនាធំ ១១ បានសារភាពថា ឈ្មោះ សឺន ជំនួយការវរសេនាធំ ១២ កងពល ៣១០ បានចូលរួមប្រជុំទទួល ផែនការក្បត់ ដើរប្រមូលកម្លាំងពីកងពល ៣១០ និង ៤៥០ និង កន្លែងផេ្សងទៀត ដើម្បីរៀបចំកម្លាំងវាយសំរុករំដោះទីក្រុងភំ្នពេញ។
