Aing Chou By, male, 34, before 17 April 1975, was a director of power plant factory at Preah Sang hospital. He joined a member of CIA at Wat Phnom power plant in 1970 through Leav Sut Sophoan Tha. Aing Chou By was in charge of assigning his member who worked at Preah Sang hospital.
អាំអ ជូប៊ី ភេទប្រុស អាយុ៣៤ឆ្នាំ មុន១៧ មេសា ១៩៧៥ ជានាយករោងចក្រអគ្គីសនីពេទ្យព្រះសង្ឃ។ បានចូលសេអ៊ីអាឆ្នាំ ១៩៧០ នៅអគ្គីសនីវត្ដភ្នំ ឋានៈជាសមាជិកសកម្មសេអ៊ីអា អ្នកដែលឧទេ្ទសនាម និងណែនាំអោយចូល លាវ ស៊ុតសោភ័ណថា។ អាំង ជូប៊ី មានភារកិច្ចចាត់ចែងទូទៅលើសមាជិកនៅពេទ្យព្រះសង្ឃ។
