Interviewed with Ngorn Phy who is the Touch Ngorn's son. He said that his father worked with But Chanraen at the Office of region 25. After April 17, 1975, Angkar sent his father to work in Phnom Penh by telling that But Chamraen invited him to worked at the office. Since then he disappeared.
