Layman Kang, cadre of Hospital of Southwest Zone, confessed that Ngin and Thei, cadre of Region 31 Security Unit, betrayed the party through the indoctrination of Bunthann aka Chann. After that, Chann named the two chiefs of Kampong Leng Sub-district. The two later had a sexual misconduct with women of Sub-district 15 and pulled the two from their posts. The two were held accountable for securityoffice of Region 31.
អាចារ្យកង កម្មាភិបាលមន្ទីរពេទ្យភាគនិរតី បានឆ្លើយថា ឈ្មោះ ងិន និង ថី កម្មាភិបាលសន្ដិសុខតំបន់ ៣១ ក្បត់បក្ស តាមការអប់រំ ពីឈ្មោះ ប៊ុនថាន់ ហៅ ចាន់។ ក្រោយមកចាន់ បានចាត់តាំងអ្នក ទាំងពីរធ្វើគណៈឃុំកំពង់លែង។ បន្ទាប់មកអ្នកទាំងពីរខូចសីលធម៌ ជាមួយនារីឃុំ តា១៥ក៍បានដកអ្នកទាំងពីរចេញពីដំណែងឱ្យមកទទួល ខុសត្រូវក្នុងមន្ទីរសន្ដិសុខរបស់តំបន់ ៣១។
