Manac'H reported a series of comments by Sihanouk while Prince Sihanouk had promptly agreed to the meeting with Argod. Sihanouk cancelled the trip planned to Tian-Tsin to stay in Beijing for the meeting which was to take place on Wednesday January 8, 1974.
ម៉ាណាច បានរាយការណ៍ពីយោបល់មួយចំនួនរបស់សីហនុ នៅពេលដែលទ្រង់បានយល់ស្របនៅក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំជាមួយ អាហ្គដ។ សីហនុ បានលប់ចោលគម្រោងទស្សនៈកិច្ចទៅ ធៀន ស៊ីន និងស្នាក់នៅទីក្រុងប៉េកាំង ដើម្បីចូលរួមការប្រជុំដែលត្រូវធ្វើ ឡើងនៅថ្ងៃពុធ ទី០៨ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤។
