Lay man Kang, cadre of southwest zone hospital, confessed that Ngin and Thei betrayed the party because Bun Thann aka Chann was indoctrinated with treason. After Ngin and Thei began serving for the new party activities, Chann nominated the two chiefs of Kampong Leng Sub-district. The two had a sexual misconduct with sub-district women. Seeing that Ta 15 sacked the two and named them chiefs of security office of region 31.
អាចារ្យ កង កម្មាភិបាលមន្ទីរពេទ្យភូមិភាគនិរតី បានឆ្លើយថា ងិន និង ថី ក្បត់បក្សព្រោះប៊ុន ថាន់ ហៅ ចាន់ អប់រំឱ្យក្បត់។ ក្រោយ ពេលដែលងិននិងថីចូលបំរើសកម្មភាពបក្សថ្មី ចាន់បានចាត់តាំងឱ្យអ្នក ទាំងពីរធ្វើជាកណៈឃុំកំពង់លែង។ ងិន និង ថី បានខូចសីលធម៌ ជាមួយនារីឃុំ ពេលនោះ តា១៥ សំរេចដកអ្នកទាំងពីរចេញពី ដំណែង ឱ្យទទួលខុសត្រូវនៅមន្ទីរសន្ដិសុខតំបន់៣១ រហូតមក។
