Ngan Thon aka Ram, working at state warehouse company confessed that in 1974 Suy, deputy commander of Ratanak Kiri company, attended to received the plots from Sang, working at regiment, to kill cadre, to kill Pork's messenger and to burn down rice warehouse of Northern zone staff.
