Ngan Thon aka Ram confessed that Hy was in Chan's traitorous network. In 1973, Hy conspired to set off plan to explode bomb in office, caused 1 person injured. Moreover, he attended to investigate revolutionary base and report to enemy and plant mines in order to destroy a weapon truck.
ង៉ាន ថុន ហៅ រ៉ម ឆ្លើយថា ហ៊ីក្បត់ ក្នុងខ្សែរបស់ ចន។ ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៣ ហ៊ី បានចូលរួមគប់គ្រាប់បែកដាក់មន្ទីរ របួសម្នាក់ ចូលរួម សេុីបរកមូលដ្ឋានបដិវត្ដ រួចរាយការណ៍អោយសត្រូវ និងយកមីនទៅ ដាក់កំទេចឡានដឹកកាំភ្លើង ឆេះឡានអស់ ១គ្រឿង។
