KDI0986 20041212, Kbal Koh Thom village, Koh Thom (k) sub-district, Koh Thom district, Kandal province. Interviewed by Long Dany. Notes: Mao Sam Moeun disappeared. Interviewed with Chorn Pha who is the biography owner's older sister. She said that Moeun left home in 1972 to volunteer to be the medical staff. Moeun used to visit home four or five time in 1975. Since the collapse of Khmer Rouge on 17 April, 1975, Moeun disappeared. After the collapse of Phnom Penh in 1979, Pha visited Tuol Sleng and saw Moeun's photo and Moeun's friends' named Neary Sat and Neary Thoeung.
ខេឌីអាយ០៩៨៦ ២០០៤១២១២ នៅភូមិក្បាលកោះធំឃុំកោះធំ(ក) ស្រុកកោះធំ ខេត្តកណ្តាល។ សម្ភាសដោយៈឡុង ដានី កំណត់សំគាល់ៈម៉ៅ សំមឿន បាត់ខ្លួន។ ជួបសម្ភាសជាមួយជន ផា ត្រូវជាបងស្រី ហើយបានប្រាប់ថា មឿនចេញពីផ្ទះតាំងពីឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ ដោយ ស្ម័គ្រចិត្តទៅធ្វើជាពេទ្យ។ មឿនធ្លាប់មកលេងផ្ទះ៤៥ដងដែរ ពេលឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥។ ចាប់តាំងពីថៃ្ងបែក១៧មេសាឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥មក បាត់ដំណឹងមឿនរហូត។ ក្រោយបែកភ្នំពេញឆ្នាំ១៩៧៩ភ្លាម ផា បានទៅមើលទួលសែ្លងហើយឃើញរូបថតមឿងនៅទួលសែ្លង និងរូបថតអ្នកធ្វើពេទ្យជាមួយមឿង ឈ្មោះនារីសាត និងនារីធឿង នៅទីនោះដែរ។
