On October 12, 1977, Seng Simoeun, a member of cadre committee in region 4, Northwest zone, Doun Tiev district, was arrested and detained in centre S-21 by Angkar. There, he made a confession of his activities before until the day when he was arrested and he gave the name list of other betrayers and read his personal background to interrogators.
សេង ស៊ី មឿន ជាសមាជិកគណៈកម្មាមន្ទីរតំបន់៤ ភូមិភាគពាយ័ព្យ ប្រចាំស្រុកដូនទាវ, ហើយត្រូវបានអង្គការចាប់ឃុំខ្លួននៅមន្ទីរ ស-២១ នៅថ្ងៃ១២ កញ្ញា ១៩៧៧។ ក្នុងចម្លើយសារភាពនេះសាម៉ីជនបាន រៀបរាប់ពីប្រវត្ដិរូប និងសកម្មភាពក្បត់របស់ខ្លួនតាំងពី មុនថ្ងៃចាប់ខ្លួន រហូតដល់ថ្ងៃដែលត្រូវបានអង្គការចាប់ខ្លួនបាន ដែលក្នុងនោះមានទាំង បញ្ជីឈ្មោះមនុស្សដែលជាខ្សែរយៈក្បត់របស់ខ្លួនផងដែរ។
