The petition of educational staffs and students in Damnakk Kantuot Cheung sub-district was about supporting the resolution of the National Assembly of the People’s Republic of Kampuchea, 5th meeting, 1st legislature, on Pol Pot and Ieng Sary’s crimes on Cambodian people between 1975 and 1978. The petition stated that educational staffs and 284 students living in Damnakk Kantuot Cheung sub-district, felt angry at Pol Pot who committed a crime and was a lackey of Chinese hegemony for 3 years, 8 months, and 20 days. Moreover, when, Pol Pot held power, he exterminated Cambodian people and also ruined society. Cambodian people never met this event before. This petition was dated on September 30, 1983 and reported by Rien Vichet.
ញតិ្ដរបស់បុគ្គលិកសិក្សា និងសិស្សានុសិស្សក្នុងឃុំដំណាក់កន្ទួតខាង ជើងគាំទ្រសេចកី្ដសំរេចចិត្ដរបស់រដ្ឋសភានៃសាធារណរដ្ឋប្រជាមានិត កម្ពុជាសម័យប្រជុំលើកទី៥ និតិកាលទី១ សី្ដពីអំពើឧក្រិដ្ឋកម្មរបស់ បនប៉ុល ពត អៀង សារី ខៀវ សំផន មកលើប្រជាជនកម្ពជាក្នុង កំឡុងឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥-១៩៧៨។ ក្នុងញតិ្ដរៀបរាប់ថា បុគ្គលិកសិក្សា និងសិស្សានុសិស្សក្នុងឃុំចំនួន២៨៤នាក់មានកំហឹងឈឺចាប់ចំពោះ ឧក្រិដ្ឋប៉ុល ពតជាបរិវាអោយបនអនុត្ដរភាពចិនប៉េកាំងក្នុងរយៈកាល ៣ឆ្នាំ៨ខែ២០ថ្ងៃដែលពួកវាកាន់អំណាចក្នុងពេលនោះពួកវាបានបង្ករ វិនាសកម្មមកលើអាយុជីវិតរបស់សង្គមមនុស្សពុំដែលជួបប្រទះ។ ញតិ្ដ ចុះថ្ងៃ៣០ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ១៩៨៣ ដោយរៀន វិចិត្រ។
