The petition of people living at O Sleng village was about supporting the resolution of the National Assembly of the People’s Republic of Kampuchea, 5th meeting, and 1st legislature, on the crime of Pol Pot and Ieng Sary toward Cambodian people between 1975 and 1978. The significance of petition described that 355 people living at O Sleng village felt angry at the crime committed by Pol Pot, who was a lackey of Chinese hegemony. During holding power for 3 years, 8months, and 20 days, Pol Pot exterminated people and also ruined Cambodian society. The petition was dated on September 30, 1983 and written by Min Kim.
ញតិ្ដគកាំទ្ររបស់ប្រជាជននៅភូមិអូរស្លែង គាំទ្រសេចកី្ដសំរេចចិត្ដរបស់រដ្ឋសភានៃសាធារណរដ្ឋប្រជាមានិត កម្ពុជាសម័យប្រជុំលើកទី៥ និតិកាលទី១ សី្ដពីអំពើឧក្រិដ្ឋកម្មរបស់ បនប៉ុល ពត អៀង សារី ខៀវ សំផន មកលើប្រជាជនកម្ពជាក្នុងកំឡុងឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥-១៩៧៨។ ក្នុងញតិ្ដរៀបរាប់ថា ប្រជាជនចំនួន៣៥៥នាក់ នៅភូមិអូរស្លែង មានកំហឹងឈឺចាប់ចំពោះឧក្រិដ្ឋប៉ុល ពតជាបរិវាអោយបនអនុត្ដរភាព ចិនប៉េកាំងក្នុងរយៈកាល ៣ឆ្នាំ៨ខែ២០ថ្ងៃដែលពួកវាកាន់អំណាច ក្នុងពេលនោះពួកវាបានបង្ករវិនាសកម្មមកលើអាយុជីវិតរបស់សង្គម មនុស្សពុំដែលជួបប្រទះ។ ញតិ្ដចុះថ្ងៃ៣០ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ១៩៨៣ ដោយមិន គឹម។
