The petition was about supporting the resolution of the Assembly of The People’s Republic of Kampuchea, 5th session, 1st legislature, on Pol Pot and Ieng Sary’s crime toward Cambodian people between 1975 and 1979. The petition described that 514 people living at Damrei village were strongly angry at Pol Pot, a lackey of Chinese hegemony, who committed the crime; for having an authority for 3 years, 8 months, and 20 days, Pol Pot exterminated Cambodian people and also damaged the society. The petition dated on September 30, 1983 was written by Kung Sam.
ញតិ្ដគាំទ្រសេចកី្ដសំរេចចិត្ដរបស់រដ្ឋសភានៃសាធារណរដ្ឋប្រជាមានិត កម្ពុជាសម័យប្រជុំលើកទី៥ និតិកាលទី១ សី្ដពីអំពើឧក្រិដ្ឋកម្មរបស់ បនប៉ុល ពត អៀង សារី ខៀវ សំផនមកលើប្រជាជនកម្ពជាក្នុង កំឡុងឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥-១៩៧៨។ ក្នុងញតិ្ដរៀបរាប់ថា ប្រជាជនក្នុងភូមិ ភ្នំដំរីចំនួន៥១៤នាក់មានកំហឹងឈឺចាប់ជាទីបំផុតចំពោះឧក្រិដ្ឋប៉ុល ពតជាបរិវាអោយបនអនុត្ដរភាពចិនប៉េកាំងក្នុងរយៈកាល៣ឆ្នាំ៨ខែ ២០ថ្ងៃដែលពួកវាកាន់អំណាចក្នុងពេលនោះពួកវាបានបង្ករវិនាសកម្ម មកលើអាយុជីវិតរបស់សង្គមមនុស្សពុំដែលជួបប្រទះ។ ញតិ្ដចុះថ្ងៃ៣០ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ១៩៨៣ ដោយគង់ សំ។
