The petition of people living at O Ampoul village was about supporting the resolution of the People’s Republic of Kampuchea’s Assembly, 5th session, 1st legislature, and condemning Pol Pot and Ieng Sary’s crime committed to Cambodian people between 1975 and 1978. The petition narrated about 455 people living at O Porpoul village, were angry at Pol Pot, a lackey of Chinese hegemony, who committed the crime for 3 years, 8 months, and 20 days. During having an authority, Pol Pot killed Cambodian people and damaged the society. The petition dated on September 30, 1983 was written by Tit Ngauv.
ញតិ្ដរបស់ប្រជាជនភូមិអូរពពូលគាំទ្រចំពោះសេចកី្ដសំរេចចិត្ដរបស់ រដ្ឋសភានៃសាធារណរដ្ឋប្រជាមានិត កម្ពុជាសម័យប្រជុំលើកទី៥ និតិកាលទី១ សី្ដពីអំពើឧក្រិដ្ឋកម្មរបស់ បនប៉ុល ពត អៀង សារី ខៀវ សំផនមកលើប្រជាជនកម្ពជាក្នុងកំឡុងឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥-១៩៧៨។ ក្នុងញតិ្ដរៀបរាប់ពីប្រជាជនចំនួន៤៥៥នាក់ក្នុងភូមិអូរពពូលមានកំហឹង ឈឺចាប់ជាទីបំផុតចំពោះឧក្រិដ្ឋប៉ុល ពតជាបរិវាអោយបនអនុត្ដរភាព ចិនប៉េកាំងក្នុងរយៈកាល ៣ឆ្នាំ៨ខែ២០ថ្ងៃដែលពួកវាកាន់អំណាច ក្នុងពេលនោះពួកវាបានបង្ករវិនាសកម្មមកលើអាយុជីវិតរបស់សង្គម មនុស្សពុំដែលជួបប្រទះ។ ញតិ្ដចុះថ្ងៃ៣០ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ១៩៨៣ ដោយទិត ង៉ូវ។
