The petition support the resolution of the National Assembly of the People’s Republic of Kampuchea, 5th meeting, 1st legislature, on Pol Pot, Ieng Sary and Khieu Samphan’s crimes on Cambodian people between 1975 and 1978. The petition stated that educational staffs and 571 students of Porng Tik O Daung school, felt angry at Pol Pot who committed a crime and was a lackey of Chinese hegemony for 3 years, 8 months, and 20 days. Moreover, when, Pol Pot held power, he exterminated Cambodian people and also ruined society. Cambodian people never met this event before. This petition was dated on September 30, 1983 and reported by Rien Vichet, it was also attached with the name list of students.
ញតិ្ដគាំទ្រសេចកី្ដសំរេចចិត្ដរបស់រដ្ឋសភានៃសាធារណរដ្ឋប្រជាមានិតកម្ពុជាសម័យប្រជុំលើកទី៥ និតិកាលទី១ សី្ដពីអំពើឧក្រិដ្ឋកម្មរបស់ បនប៉ុល ពត អៀង សារី ខៀវ សំផន មកលើប្រជាជន កម្ពុជាក្នុងកំឡុងឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥-១៩៧៨។ ក្នុងញតិ្ដរៀបរាប់ថា បុគ្គលិកសិក្សា និងសិស្សានុសិស្ស សាលាពងទឹក-អូរដូងចំនួន៥៧១នាក់ មានកំហឹងឈឺចាប់ជាទីបំផុតចំពោះឧក្រិដ្ឋ ប៉ុល ពត ជាបរិវា អោយបនអនុត្ដរភាពចិនប៉េកាំងក្នុងរយៈកាល ៣ឆ្នាំ៨ខែ២០ថ្ងៃដែលពួកវាកាន់អំណាច ក្នុងពេលនោះ ពួកវាបានបង្ករវិនាសកម្មមកលើអាយុជីវិតរបស់សង្គមមនុស្សពុំដែលជួបប្រទះ។ ញតិ្ដចុះថ្ងៃ៣០ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ១៩៨៣ ដោយនាយកដ្ឋានអប់រំឃុំភ្នំលាវ អ៊ុង សាយ។ ភ្ជាប់មកជាមួយនូវ បញ្ជីរាយនាមសិស្សានុសិស្សគាំទ្រញតិ្ដ។
