The petition of people living at Phnom Leav village, Phnom Leav sub-district, was about supporting the resolution of the Assembly of People’s Republic of Kampuchea, 5th session, 1st legislature, and condemning Pol Pot and Ieng Sary’s crime toward Cambodian people between 1975 and 1978. The petition described about an anger of 485 people, living at Phnom Leav village, at the crime committed by Pol Pot, a lackey of Chinese hegemony between 3 years, 8 months, and 20 days. At that time, Pol Pot exterminated human society that they have ever known before. The petition was dated on Septmeber 30, 1983 and written by Ly Hort.
ញតិ្ដគាំទ្ររបស់ប្រជាជនភូមិភ្នំលាវ ឃុំភ្នំលាវចំពោះសេចកី្ដសំរេចចិត្ដ របស់រដ្ឋសភានៃសាធារណរដ្ឋប្រជាមានិតកម្ពុជាសម័យប្រជុំលើកទី៥ និតិកាលទី១ សី្ដពីអំពើឧក្រិដ្ឋកម្មរបស់ បនប៉ុល ពត អៀង សារី ខៀវ សំផនមកលើប្រជាជនកម្ពជាក្នុង កំឡុងឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥-១៩៧៨។ ក្នុងញតិ្ដរៀបរាប់ថា ប្រជាជនចំនួន៤៨៥នាក់ក្នុងភូមិភ្នំលាវ មាន កំហឹងឈឺចាប់ជាទីបំផុតចំពោះឧក្រិដ្ឋប៉ុល ពតជាបរិវាអោយបនអនុត្ដរ ភាពចិនប៉េកាំងក្នុងរយៈកាល ៣ឆ្នាំ៨ខែ២០ថ្ងៃដែលពួកវាកាន់អំណាច ក្នុងពេលនោះពួកវាបានបង្ករវិនាសកម្មមកលើអាយុជីវិតរបស់សង្គម មនុស្សពុំដែលជួបប្រទះ។ ញតិ្ដចុះថ្ងៃ៣០ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ១៩៨៣ ដោយលី ហ៊ត។
