The petition of people living at Tuol Sangeang village was about supporting the resolution of the National Assembly of People’s Republic of Kampuchea, 5th session, 1st legislature, and condemning to Pol Pot and Ieng Sary’s crime on Cambodian people between 1975 and 1978. In the petition, there was the name list of 220 people who felt bitter toward Pol Pot, a lackey of Chinese hegemony, committing the crime for 3 years, 8 months, and 20 days; during that time, Pol Pot destroyed human society. The petition was dated on Semptember 30, 1983 and written by Ou Sokh.
ញតិ្ដគាំទ្ររបស់ប្រជាជនភូមិទួលសាងាំងចំពោះសេចកី្ដសំរេចចិត្ដរបស់ រដ្ឋសភានៃសាធារណរដ្ឋប្រជាមានិត កម្ពុជាសម័យប្រជុំលើកទី៥ និតិកាលទី១ សី្ដពីអំពើឧក្រិដ្ឋកម្មរបស់ បនប៉ុល ពត អៀង សារី ខៀវ សំផនមកលើប្រជាជនកម្ពជាក្នុង កំឡុងឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥-១៩៧៨។ ក្នុងរយៈពោលនោះ ប្រជាជនទាំងអស់ចំនួន២២០នាក់មានកំហឹង ឈឺចាប់ជាទីបំផុតចំពោះឧក្រិដ្ឋប៉ុល ពតជាបរិវាអោយបនអនុត្ដរភាព ចិនប៉េកាំងក្នុងរយៈកាល ៣ឆ្នាំ៨ខែ២០ថ្ងៃដែលពួកវាកាន់អំណាចក្នុង ពេលនោះពួកវាបានបង្ករវិនាសកម្មមកលើអាយុជីវិតរបស់សង្គម មនុស្សពុំដែលជួបប្រទះ។ ញតិ្ដចុះថ្ងៃ៣០ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ១៩៨៣ ដោយអ៊ូ សុខ។
