10 monks staying at Ang Chum Prey Char pagoda supported the resolution of the Assembly of the People’s Republic of Kampuchea, 5th session, 1st legislature and the condemn to the crime committed by Pol Pot and Ieng Sary between 1975 and 1978. People and 10 monks staying at Ang Chum Prey Char pagoda were bitter at the crime committed by Pol Pot, a servant of Chinese aggressive hegemony. For 3 years, 8 months, and 20 days, Pol Pot exterminated his own people and also ruined people’s properties that they have never known in human history.
ព្រះសង្ឃគង់នៅវត្ដអង្គជុំព្រៃចាប់ចំនួន១០អង្គគាំទ្រសេចកី្ដសំរេចចិត្ដ របស់រដ្ឋសភានៃសាធារណរដ្ឋប្រជាមានិត កម្ពុជាសម័យប្រជុំលើកទី៥ និតិកាលទី១ សី្ដពីអំពើឧក្រិដ្ឋកម្មរបស់ បនប៉ុល ពត អៀង សារី ខៀវ សំផនមកលើប្រជាជនកម្ពជាក្នុង កំឡុងឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥-១៩៧៨។ ប្រជាជនលើសកលលោកនិងព្រះសង្ឃទាំង១០អង្គក្នុងវត្ដអង្គជុំព្រៃចាប់ មានកំហឹងឈឺចាប់ជាទីបំផុតចំពោះឧក្រិដ្ឋប៉ុល ពតជាខ្ញុំកញ្ជះអោយ បនអនុទ្ដរភាពវាតទីនិយមចិនប៉េកាំងក្នុងរយៈកាល ៣ឆ្នាំ៨ខែ២០ថ្ងៃ មកលើអាយុជីវិត និងទ្រព្យសម្បតិ្ដប្រជាជនខេ្ទចខី្ទអស់គ្មានសល់ ដែលក្នុងប្រវតិ្ដសាស្ដ្រមនុស្សជាតិពុំដែលជួបប្រទះ។
