15 soldiers from unknown division were implicated in the enemy's confession. Sam Chhoeun aka Pheng, secretary of regiment 12, division 310, confessed that Run, secretary of artillery regiment, attended the meeting and received the plots from Khuon to storm attack into the alliance party through the introduction of Khuon to arm and get poised to start fighting and overthrow the party. Then, assigning [members of]the labor party and taking control of the army and infiltrating into the revolution should be implemented. Pheng did not give any details on the activities.
យោធាមិនស្គាល់កងពលចំនួន ១៥ នាក់ ជាប់ក្នុងចំលើយខ្មាំង។ សំ ឈឿន ហៅ ផេង លេខាវរសេនាធំ ១២ កងពល ៣១០ បាន សារភាពថា ទុន លេខាវរសេនាធំកាំភ្លើងធំ បានចូលរួមប្រជំទទួល ផែនការក្បត់ពីឃួនឱ្យសំរុកបញ្ជូលបក្សសម្ព័ន្ធតាមការណែនាំរបស់ ឃួន បំពាក់អាវុធស្បៀង ត្រៀបឱ្យហើយសេ្រចក្នុងការផ្ទុះ អាវុធដណ្ដើមអណាចពីបក្ស ចាត់តាំងបញ្ចូលបក្សពលករហើយឱ្យក្ដាប់ទ័ពនិងបង្កប់ខ្លួនក្នុងបដិវត្ដន៍។ ផេង មិនបានបញ្ជាក់ថែមឱ្យល្អិតល្អន់លើសកម្មភាពខាងលើនេះទេ ។
