This was the petition of 143 people living at Makk Prang village, Boeng Sala Cheung suwb-district, Kampong Trach district, that they absolutely supported the resolution of the Assembly relating to the crime committed by Pol Pot, Ing Sary, and Khieu Samphan, lackeys of Chinese expansionism, between 1975 and 1978. Therefore, people were strongly angry and absolutely remembered what occurring between 3 years, 8 months, and 20 days, that they [Khmer Rouge leaders] exterminated people and devastated their properties. In human social history, people have never known the past. According to this, Cambodian people strongly disgusted it.
ញតិ្ដគាំទ្ររបស់ប្រជាជនក្នុងភូមិមាក់ប្រាង ឃុំបឹងសាលាខាងជើង ស្រុកកំពង់ត្រាចចំនួន១៤៣នាក់ បានឯកភាពគាំទ្រសេចកី្ដសំរេចចិត្ដ របស់រដ្ឋសភាសី្ដពីឧក្រិដ្ឋកម្មរបស់បនវាតនិយមចិនប៉េកាំងដែលមាន បនប៉ុល ពត អៀង សារី ខៀវ សំផនជាបរិវាក្នុងកំឡុងឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥-១៩៧៨មកលើប្រជាជនកម្ពុជា។ ហេតុនេះហើយធើ្វអោយប្រជាជន មានកំហឹងឈឺចាប់ជាប់ជានិច្ចពុំអាចបំភេ្លចបានក្នុងរយៈពេល៣ឆ្នាំ៨ខែ ២០ថ្ងៃ ដែលពួកកាន់អំណាចនោះបានបង្កវិនាសកម្មមកលើអាយុជីវិត និងទ្រព្យសម្បតិ្ដប្រជាជនខេ្ទចខី្ទអស់ ដែលពុំធ្លាប់មានក្នុងប្រវតិ្ដសាស្ដ្រ សង្គមមនុស្ស។ ការកាប់សំលាប់ធើ្វបាបយ៉ាងនេះហើយធើ្វអោយ ប្រជាជនស្អប់ខើ្ពម។
