This was the petition of cadres, staffs, and 629 people living at Chres village, Boeng Sala Cheung sub-district, Kampong Trach district, who supported the resolution of the National Assembly, on the crime committed by Pol Pot, Ieng Sary, and Khieu Samphan, lackeys of Chinese expansionist, toward Cambodian people between 1975 and 1978; so that it caused people to feel bitter toward them and could not forget them, because they exterminated people and also ruined their properties. For this event, the people have never known it before.
ញតិ្ដរបស់កម្មាភិបាល បុគ្គលិក និងប្រជាជនភូមិចេ្រស ឃុំបឹងសាលា ខាងជើង ស្រុកកំពង់ត្រាចចំនួន៦២៩នាក់ បានឯកភាពគាំទ្រសេចកី្ដ សំរេចចិត្ដរបស់រដ្ឋសភាសី្ដពីឧក្រិដ្ឋកម្មរបស់បនវាតនិយមចិនប៉េកាំង ដែលមាន បនប៉ុល ពត អៀង សារី ខៀវ សំផនជាបរិវាក្នុងកំឡុងឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៥-១៩៧៨មកលើប្រជាជនកម្ពុជា។ ហេតុនេះហើយធើ្វអោយ ប្រជាជន មានកំហឹងឈឺចាប់ជាប់ជានិច្ចពុំអាចបំភេ្លចបានក្នុងរយៈពេល ៣ឆ្នាំ៨ខែ ២០ថ្ងៃ ដែលពួកកាន់អំណាចនោះបានបង្កវិនាសកម្មមក លើអាយុជីវិតនិងទ្រព្យសម្បតិ្ដប្រជាជនខេ្ទចខី្ទអស់ ដែលពុំធ្លាប់ជួប ប្រទះ។
