The petition of the cadre and people in Svay Pha Em village, Boeng Sala Khang Cheung have joined was about supporting the resolution of the National Assembly of the People’s Republic of Kampuchea, on Pol Pot, Ieng Sary and Khieu Samphan’s crimes China expansionism on Cambodian people between 1975 and 1978. So the people felt angry at Pol Pot who committed a crime for 3 years, 8 months, and 20 days. Moreover, when, Pol Pot held power, he exterminated Cambodian people and also ruined properties that never met this event in the history.
ញតិ្ដរបស់កម្មាភិបាល បុគ្គលិក ប្រជាជនក្នុងភូមិស្វាយផ្អែម ឃុំបឹង សាលាខាងត្បូង បានឯកភាព គាំទ្រសេចកី្ដសំរេចចិត្ដរបស់រដ្ឋសភា សី្ដពីឧក្រិដ្ឋកម្មរបស់បនវាតនិយមចិនប៉េកាំងដែលមាន បនប៉ុល ពត អៀង សារី ខៀវ សំផន ជាបរិវាក្នុងកំឡុងឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥-១៩៧៨ មកលើប្រជាជនកម្ពុជា។ ហេតុនេះហើយធើ្វអោយប្រជាជនមាន កំហឹង ឈឺចាប់ជាប់ជានិច្ចពុំអាចបំភេ្លចបានក្នុងរយៈពេល ៣ឆ្នាំ ៨ខែ ២០ថ្ងៃ ដែលពួកកាន់អំណាចនោះបានបង្កវិនាសកម្មមកលើអាយុជីវិត និងទ្រព្យសម្បតិ្ដប្រជាជន ខេ្ទចខី្ទអស់ដែលពុំធ្លាប់មានក្នុង ប្រវតិ្ដសាស្ដ្រ។
