The petition of staffs, cadre, and people living at Phnom Kngap village, Svay Torng Cheung sub-district was about supporting the resolution of the National Assembly of the Republic of Kampuchea, on the crime committed between 1975-1979 by Pol Pot, Ieng Sary, and Khieu Samphan, lackeys of Chinese expansionist to Cambodian people. The petition stated that people, felt angry at Pol Pot for 3 years, 8 months, and 20 days. Moreover, when, Pol Pot held power. It was also attached with the 1 page total report.
ញតិ្ដរបស់កម្មាភិបាល បុគ្គលិក ប្រជាជនក្នុងភូមិភ្នំក្ងាប ឃុំស្វាយទង ខាងជើង បានឯកភាពគាំទ្រសេចកី្ដសំរេចចិត្ដរបស់រដ្ឋសភាសី្ដពីឧក្រិដ្ឋ កម្មរបស់បនវាតនិយមចិនប៉េកាំងដែលមាន បនប៉ុល ពត អៀង សារី ខៀវ សំផន ជាបរិវាក្នុងកំឡុងឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥-១៩៧៨ មកលើ ប្រជាជនកម្ពុជា។ ហេតុនេះហើយធើ្វអោយប្រជាជនមានកំហឹង ឈឺចាប់ជាប់ជានិច្ច ពុំអាចបំភេ្លចបានក្នុងរយៈពេល ៣ឆ្នាំ ៨ខែ ២០ថ្ងៃ ដែលពួកកាន់អំណាច។ មានភ្ជាប់មកជាមួយរបាយការណ៍ បូកសរុបលទ្ធផលចំនួន១សនឹ្លក។
