This was the petition of cadres, staffs, and ordinary people living at Daung village, Svay Torng sub-district supporting the resolution of the Assembly of People’s Republic of Kampuchea, on the crime committed between 1975-1978 by Pol Pot, Ieng Sary, and Khieu Samphan, lackeys of Chinese expansionist. People were bitter and also never forgot what occurred in the past for 3 years, 8 months, and 20 days, because Pol Pot smashed people down and ruined their properties. What happening in the past, the people have never known in the history. The petition was also attached with the evaluated report on an output of documentation training session in writing the petition for the total minutes of evaluating Pol Pot’s crime, and constructing memorials for keeping victims’ bones.
ញតិ្ដរបស់កម្មាភិបាល បុគ្គលិក ប្រជាជនក្នុងភូមិដូង ឃុំស្វាយទងខាង ជើង បានឯកភាពគាំទ្រសេចកី្ដសំរេចចិត្ដរបស់រដ្ឋសភាសី្ដពីឧក្រិដ្ឋកម្ម របស់បនវាតនិយមចិនប៉េកាំងដែលមាន បនប៉ុល ពត អៀង សារី ខៀវ សំផនជាបរិវាក្នុងកំឡុងឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥-១៩៧៨មកលើប្រជាជន កម្ពុជា។ ហេតុនេះហើយធើ្វអោយប្រជាជនមានកំហឹងឈឺចាប់ជាប់ ជានិច្ចពុំអាចបំភេ្លចបានក្នុងរយៈពេល៣ឆ្នាំ៨ខែ ២០ថ្ងៃដែលពួកកាន់ អំណាចនោះបានបង្កវិនាសកម្មមកលើអាយុជីវិត និងទ្រព្យសម្បតិ្ដ ប្រជាជនខេ្ទចខី្ទអស់ ដែលពុំធ្លាប់មានក្នុងប្រវតិ្ដសាស្ដ្រ។ មានភ្ជាប់មក ជាមួយរបាយការណ៍បូកសរុបលទ្ធផលសី្ដពីការរៀនសូត្រនូវឯកសារ ទាំង៤សី្ដពីញតិ្ដនិងកំណត់ហេតុបូកសរុបឧក្រិដ្ឋកម្មប៉ុល ពត និងការ កសាងសិលាចារឹក ដើម្បីទុកដាក់អដិ្ឋធាតុជនរងគ្រោះ។
