Tes Sann Dy, male, 39, was worker of Takhmau tyre factory; after April 17, 1975 he joined the C.I.A with Kim Sophany, convinced old workers not to work so hard, because we would receive nothing, and indirectly criticized that the Angkar's cadres assigned non-technical workers to supervise technical workers.
