Tep Phall aka Chhun, soldier of Phnom Penh energy office, confessed that Vann, committee of Sotr Nikum district and Chea, deputy secretary of Sotr Nikum district, were traitorous networks of Khuon. They took responsible for convincing people in Sotr Nikum district to serve in the movement of White Khmer and to disgust the revolutionary regime.
ទេព ផល្លា ហៅ ឈុន យុទ្ធជនមន្ទីរចាត់ការថាមពលភ្នំពេញ បានឆ្លើយសារភាពពីឈ្មោះ វ៉ាន់ គណៈស្រុក សូត្រនិគម និង ជា អនុលេខាស្រុកសូត្រនិគម ថាៈ ជាខ្សែក្បត់របស់ ឃួន ទទួលភារៈ បំផុសប្រជាជនក្នុងស្រុកសូត្រនិគម អោយចូលក្នុងខ្មែរស ហើយអោយស្អប់បដិវត្ដ។
