Tep Phalla aka Chhon, soldier of Phnom Penh energy direction office, conceded that San, soldier of Northern zone telegram office, and Thol, soldier of Siem Reap telegram unit, were telegram translators, and the telegrams were collected from all regions and sent to Khuon. Moreover, they helpfully concealed the secret informal works of the party, under the assignment of Khuon. Tep Phalla did not clarify their activities in details.
ទេព ផល្លា ហៅ ឈុន យុទ្ធជនមនី្ទរចាត់ការថាមពលភំ្នពេញបាន ឆ្លើយថា ឈ្មោះ សន យុទ្ធជនទូរលេខមនី្ទរភាគឧត្ដរ និង ថុល យុទ្ធជនទូរលេខសៀមរាប ជាអ្នកបកប្រែទូរលេខពីគ្រប់តំបន់ ដែលគេរាយការណ៍មកឱ្យ ឃួន ហើយជួយលាក់ការណ៍សម្ងាត់ ដល់ការងារផេ្សងៗដែលជាការងារក្រៅផ្លូវការបក្ស តាមការណែនាំ របស់ ឃួន។ ទេព ផល្លា មិនបញ្ជាក់ពីសកម្មភាពរបស់អ្នក ទាំងពីរនេះឱ្យបានច្បាស់លាស់ទេ។
