On the night of January 14, 1973, 4 Yuon Viet Cong soldiers fled from National Police Detention Center. The names of four are Ngieng Van Chov, Ngieng Yang Doeu,Thai Van and Le Kim Fang.
កាលពីរាត្រីថ្ងៃទី១៤ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ មានយួនយៀកកុង៤នាក់ បានលួចរត់ចេញពីមនី្ទរឃុំឃាំងរបស់នរគរបាល។ ១-យួនយៀកកុង នោះមានឈ្មោះ ថាយ វ៉ាន់ ជនជាតិយួន។ ២-ង្រៀង វ៉ានចូវ ជនជាតិយួន។ ៣- ង្រៀង យ៉ាំងឌឿ ជនជាតិយួន។ ៤- ឡេគឹម ហា្វង ជនជាតិយួន ។
