On January 25, 1973, 5 Yuon Viet Cong prisoner of war, Troeng Svay May, Fang Thanh Lam, Ngvieng Van Luk, Le Vann Long and Ngvieng Van Kaung, planned to fled from the National Police of General Staff Detention Center by using an from to dig 2 metre deep hole the brick floor.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៥ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ឈើ្លយសឹកយៀកកុង ខាងជើង៥នាក់ មានឈ្មោះ ត្រឹងសា្វយម៉ាយ, ហា្វងថាញ់ឡាំ, ង្វៀង វ៉ានលុក, ឡេវ៉ាន់ឡុង, ង្វៀងវ៉ាន់កូង បានប្រុងរត់ភៀសខ្លួនពីមនី្ទរ ឃុំឃាំងគាស់កម្រាលឥដ្ឋ និងជីកដីរូងជម្រៅ ២មែត្រ។
