Sek Sat aka Nin and Prakk, secretary of Region 25, Southwest Zone, 23, was born in Tapao Village, Samlei Sub-district, Kampong Ro District, Svay Rieng Province. Sat joined the CIA in 1965 through lay men Men Sun, Chann Sokha and Sokh Heng, taking the responsibility for countering royalist camps and communism. The strategies were to infiltrate into the revolution and build up forces. After that, in 1972, Sat served as a chief of company 18, Region 33 and commissioner of Battalion 12 in late 1973, and then deputy chief of region 33 and contacted Asian network in August 1975. After the liberation, Sat communicated with Sien. In 1977, Sat was a secretary of Koh Thom District. Sat carried out anti-revolutionary activities such as spreading the word against the revolutionary guideline of socialism, destroying agricultural equipment, turning a blind eye to the people's living condition, making the people no confident of the revolution, and hiding Vietnamese in Koh Thom District, Leuk Dek District, and Sa-ang District to grasp the situation and fight back on the revolution.
សេក សាត ហៅ និន និងហៅ ប្រាក់ លេខាតំបន់ ២៥ ភាគនិរតី អាយុ ៣៥ឆ្នាំ កើតនៅភូមិតាប៉ោ ឃុំសំឡី ស្រុកកំពង់រោទ៍ ខេត្ដស្វាយរៀង ។ ចូល សេអ៊ីអានៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៦៥ តាមរយៈអាចារ្យ ម៉ែន ស៊ុន, ចាន់ សុខា និង អាចារ្យ សុខ ហេង មានភារៈកិច្ច ប្រឆាំងពួកសេ្ដច ប្រឆាំងពួកកុម្មុយនីស្ដ បង្កប់ក្នុងជួបដិវត្ដន៍បានយូរ អងេ្វងនិងកសាងកម្លាំង ។ ក្រោយកមនៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ ទទួលនាទីជា ប្រធានអនុសេនាធំ ១៨ របស់តំបន់ ៣៣ ។ បន្ទាប់មកទទួល នាទីជាស្នងការវរៈ១២ នៅចុង១៩៧៣ និងជាអនុតំបន់ ៣៣ និងភ្ជាប់ខ្សែជាមួយអាស៊ី នៅខែ៨-១៩៧៤ ។ ក្រោយរំដោះ បានភ្ជាប់ខ្សែជាមួយនិង សៀន ។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៧ ជាលេខាស្រុក កោះធំ ។ សេក សាត បានធ្វើសកម្មភាពប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដន៍ដូចជា បំផុសប្រឆាំងមាគ៌ាបដិវត្ដន៍សង្គមនិយម បំផ្លាញឧបករណ៍ កសិកម្ម គ្រប់ផ្នែក មិនដោះស្រាយជីវភាពប្រជាជន ធ្វើឱ្យប្រជាជនអស់ ជំនឿលើបដិវត្ដន៍ហើយបានលាក់យួននៅស្រុកកោះធំ ស្រុកលើកដែក និង ស្រុកស្អាង ដើម្បីក្ដាប់សភាពការណ៍ និងវាយបុកបដិវត្ដន៍វិញ។
