Sek Sen aka Sophal received the plots from Choeun to lead people to flee from Kampong Som to Phnom Penh for nine times. As a result, 500 people were recruited into Choeun's forces and inspired them to incite conflict between Eastern and Southwest zones cadre and soldiers. On the capturing of Phnom Penh, Choeun did not say anything in July 1976.
សេក សេន ហៅ សុផល បានទទួលផែនការពីជឿនឱ្យនាំមនុស្សរត់ ពីកំពង់សោមមកភ្នំពេញចំនួន៩ដឱ្យអស់ក្នុងចំណោមមនុស្ស៥០០នាក់ ដើម្បីប្រមូលកម្លាំងរត់ជឿនបានណែនាំខៃទំនាស់រវាងភូមិភាគបូព៌ា និងភូមិភាកនិរតីរវាងកម្មាភិបាលនិងយុទ្ធជន។ ចំពោះបញ្ហាវាយ ភ្នំពេញនៅខែ៧-១៩៧៦ ជឿន មិនបាននិយាយប្រាប់ទេ។
