Seng Leang Kry aka Chhoel, chief of small unit, division 502, confessed that Sokh Heng, chief of office in regional 25, was a party traitor who had set up plan to his network to build up more traitorous forces and to convince people to demand for Buddhist religion and free right.
សេង លាងគ្រី ហៅ ឆិល បានឆ្លើយសារភាពពីឈ្មោះ សុង ហេង ប្រធានមន្ទីរ តំបន់ ២៥ ថាៈ ជាជនក្បត់បក្ស និងដាក់ផែនការអោយ បក្ខពួកកសាងកម្លាំងក្បត់ អោយបានច្រើន បំផុសប្រជាជនអោយ ទាមទាព្រះពុទ្ធសាសនា និង សិទ្ធសេរីភាព។
