Seng Soeun, workig in Producing Cell, Region 15, confessed that Sleng, commander of military unit of Oudong District, was convinced by him of anti-party treason. Sleng built up forces in preparation for striking Communist Party of Kampuchea, convincing soldiers to hate the revolution, and persuading people to dispute the cooperative.
សេង សឿន កងផលិតតំបន់ ១៥ ឆ្លើយថា ស្លែង បញ្ជាការ កងទ័ពស្រុកឧដុង្គ ត្រូវបានខ្លួនអប់រំឱ្យក្បត់បក្ស។ ស្លែង បាន កសាងកម្លាំងត្រៀមវាយបក្សកុម្មុយនិស្ដកម្ពុជា បំផុសយុទ្ធជន ឱ្យស្អប់បដិវត្ដ បំផុសប្រជាជនឱ្យទំនាស់នឹងសហករណ៍។
