Seng Soeun, producing unit of region 15, confessed that Ky, battalion 113 politics at Koh Kong, intended to flee into enemy. Later Ky infiltrated himself into the revolutionary line in order to build up anti-revolutionary forces.
សេង សឿន កងផលិតតំបន់ ១៥ បានសារភាពថា គី នយោបាយ វរសេនាតូចលេខ ១១៣ នៅកោះកុង មានបំណងរត់ចូលខ្មាំង ក្រោយ មកបានបង្កប់ក្នុងជួរ ដើម្បីកសាងកម្លាំងវាយបក្ស។
