Seng Soeun, working at production cell of region 15, confessed that Seng, cooperative chief of Koh Chen village, betrayed the revolution under the indoctrination of Soeun. Seng persuaded people to join White Khmer movement in order to revolt against the revolution.
សេង សឿន នៅអង្គភាពកងផលិត តំបន់ ១៥ ឆ្លើយសារភាពថាៈ ឈ្មោះ សេង ប្រធានសហករណ៍ភូមិកោះចិន ក្បត់បដិវត្ដតាមការ អប់រំពីវា«សឿន»។ សេង បានធ្វើសកម្មភាពឃោសនាអោយ ប្រជាជនចូលរួមជាមួយខ្មែរសដើម្បីប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដ។
