The report from office S-21 "K" was sent to the Angkar on bad activities of a small number of soldiers who stopped people from fishing fishes from Khsak stream. Moreover, the soldiers involved in sexual misconduct and brought gasoline, wines and medicines to change for chickens and ducks from people.
សេចក្ដីរាយការណ៍របស់មន្ទីរ ស-២១ ក រាយការណ៍ជូនអង្គការពី សកម្មភាពមិនល្អរបស់ទ័ពមួយចំនួនតូច ដែលបានហាមប្រជាជនមិនឱ្យ រកត្រីនៅស្ទឹងខ្សាក មានពាក់ព័ន្ធជាមួយនារី និងយកសាំងស្រា ថ្នាំពេទ្យទៅដូរមាន់ ទា ពីប្រជាជន។
