The unnamed lower class cadre reported to committee of S-21 on 14 soldiers. After [he was arrested], Suong Samit and his 14 networks conspired with each other to control our activities and report to Suon Nan aka Saroeun. Saroeun continued to carry out the activities from Suon Samit. Saroeun secretly invited all networks to meet him at night. According to our guess, among the 14 soldiers, we couldnot persuade 4 or 5 soldiers who had stronger chain of command connection than the others that we could indoctrinate with political affairs and pressed them to practice our rule.
សេចក្ដីរាយការណ៍កម្មាភិបាលថ្នាក់ក្រោម«មិនស្គាល់ឈ្មោះ»រាយការណ៍ជូនគណៈ ស-២១ ស្ដីពីយុទ្ធជន ១៤ នាក់។ ក្រោយពីឃាត់ខ្លួន សួង សាមិត្ដ និង យុទ្ធជន ទាំង ១៤នាក់ បាន ចាត់តាំងគ្នាជាខ្សែសង្វាក់ ដើម្បីក្ដាប់សកម្មភាពយើង ហើយទៅ រាយការណ៍ឱ្យ សួន ណន ហៅ សារឿន។ សារឿន បានបន្ដ សកម្មភាពពី សួង សាមិត្ដ ដោយហៅអ្នកទាំងអស់នោះមកជា សម្ងាត់នៅពេលយប់។ តាមការសន្និដ្ឋានរបស់យើងយុទ្ធជន ១៤ នាក់នេះ មានការទាក់ទងជាខ្សែសង្វាក់យុទ្ធជន ៤-៥នាក់ មានសកម្មភាពខ្លាំង មិនអាចតាមយើង ចំណែកក្រៅពីនេះយើងអាច អប់រំនយោបាយ និង គៀបខាងវិន័យអាចមកតាមយើង។
