After the collecting grenades, knifes and other dynamites, a report was sent to committee of Bridged 703 on enemy's situation in battalion 117. Oeun Sophat hid gun that it was shot by AR-15 in his military bag. After gun was withdrawn, Oeun Sophat pretended to be sick and didn't go to work. When Sophat was interrogated, Sophat confessed that [he]set up plan to kill cadres in cell 117 because comrade Soeun and Tham, cadre of new 100-cell, and comrade Try, working in 50-cell, and others comrades in that cell provided not enough rice to eat. Chap Pho, youth representative, was a local network. Sophat and Chaily were in Kampong Svay Kraom village, Prek Thmey sub-district, District 18, region 25.
