On May 10, 1970, Pech Renny, who lived in Kampong Thom commune, Kampong Svay district of Kampong Thom volunteered to serve in Khmer National Army as Military Police corporal-trainee.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១០ ឧសភា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧០ ឈ្មោះ ពេជ្រ រ៉េនី រស់នៅ ឃុំកំពង់ធំ ស្រុកកំពង់ស្វាយ ខេត្ដកំពង់ធំ បានស្មគ្រចិត្ដចូលបម្រើក្នុង កងយោធពលខេមរជាតិ ក្នុងឋានៈជាសិស្សពលបាលត្រីតម្រួតយោធា។
